Will an app update allow me to keep my points?

Your points balance will never be affected by an update to the Pleasures & Privileges program. It is simply important to log back into the same account after the update.

Logging in using a different login method or email address will create a second account, which is why you might think you’ve lost your points. If you created a second account by mistake, you can link it to your main account by contacting  appli@restosplaisirs.com.
