Frequently Asked Questions

After dining at one of our restaurants or ordering Hop! la Toque lunch boxes, you can scan your receipt and collect points. Here’s how to collect points:

1. Eat in one of our participating restaurants (Café du Monde, Ciel! Bistro-Bar, Cochon Dingue, Lapin Sauté, Paris Grill) or order our delicious lunch boxes (Traiteur – Hop! la Toque).

2. After settling the bill, click on one of the two options available to you, either “Scan an invoice” or “Enter an invoice manually”.

2.1. For the “Scan an invoice” option, align the barcode and the total of your invoice by following the displays on your screen.

2.2. For the “Enter an invoice manually” option, please select the restaurant, enter the number found on your invoice and the total amount shown on it.

3. Next, ten (10) points per dollar spent before tax and without tip will be added to your account.
